BeltBuy Refund Policy Explained

We insist on a transparent and efficient refund service to ensure you have a worry-free after-sales protection while enjoying the quality of our belts. Below are the details of our refund policy:

1.Refund Promise

Full refund guarantee: For eligible orders, the refund amount = the paid price of the product (including tax)

Zero processing fee: no refund processing fee (including cross-border payment processing fee)

Speed to account: 97% of the refund will be credited to your account within 3 working days of receipt.

2. Processing Time for Refund

 Stage Processing time  Description 
Acceptance 1-2 business days After receiving the package, inspect it and notify the result by email.
Trigger refund Within 24 hours Refund order will be initiated immediately upon acceptance.
Arrival time 3-14 working days depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.

🔸 Original Payment Refund: Priority refund to original payment account (credit card/PayPal/Apple Pay, etc.)

4. Special Scenario Handling


Partial Returns

Partial return of multi-item order, has used the full discount discount proportionally discounted refund (Example: full of £ 100 minus £ 10, return 1 £ 50 items then refund = £ 50 - £ 5 = £ 45)

Free gift to keep need to make up the difference (such as not returned free belt buckle minus £8.99)

Gift Refunds

Recipients can request a refund to the purchaser's account with the gift card number or exchange it for a voucher.

Anonymous gifts are refunded to vouchers by default (valid for 2 years)

Non-refundable

Customized engraving/coloring service fee (service credit can be reserved for next purchase)

Final Sale merchandise (clearly marked on the page as non-refundable)

Serious defacement due to improper storage by the customer (quality inspection report is required)

5. Dispute Resolution Mechanism

🔸 Disagreements: Disagreements about the amount of the refund can be emailed with supporting documentation to the Dispute Handling Group info@beltbuy.com

🔸 Third Party Arbitration: If negotiation is unsuccessful, we may request the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to intervene (within 30 days of written notice).
🔸Credit compensation: 0.5% voucher per day for the number of days of delay for refunds delayed due to our error (maximum £50).

6. Cross-border refund rules

Currency conversion: Based on the exchange rate on the day of the refund, there may be a small difference with the original payment amount.

Customs refund: Import duty paid can be refunded with customs documents (via PayPal/Wise).

Regional restrictions: Sanctioned countries/regions only support voucher refunds (see Help Centre for a list).

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why has my account not been credited even though my refund shows that it has been processed?
A: There can be a delay in international bank clearing, please send a screen shot of your payment to finance@beltbuy.com for verification if your account has not been credited for more than 10 business days.

Q: How do I get a refund for instalment payments?
A: Refunds will be issued for the number of instalments paid, but will be automatically cancelled for any unpaid instalments.
