If you don't update your logistics information within 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for verification.

Courier services are subject to manual selection and surcharge on the checkout page.
Recipient is responsible for import duties and taxes (if any), it is recommended to check local customs policies in advance.

5. Undelivered and Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/refused address, additional shipping charges will be incurred to resend the package.

Packages left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
